SHINWOO Machinery Co. has been established since January 2003 by the acquisition of Daesung Co. which was one of the subsidiary companies of the world-known Hyosung Motor Corp. Daesung Corp's had produced and supplied motorcycles for Hyosung-Suzuki, a set of motorcycle parts since 1990 and manufactured brush cutters since 1994. Based on the accumulated knowledge and technology through Daesung, SHINWOO are manufacturing all types of shock absorbers for Hyosung Motorcycles. In particular, we acquired patents "Up-Down" Method and "Driver Controlled Damping Force Mechanism". We successfully implemented the new methods and are manufacturing the shock absorbers for Hyosung 650 CC motorcycles some of overseas customers. Customer satisfaction was remarkable. We have expanded our products to brush cutters utilizing our manpower and facilities. Especially we are manufacturing such high precision core parts of brush cutter engines as cranks cases, crank shafts, cylinders, and engine covers. We fully guarantee our products. For quality control we use 3-dimension inspection equipment to check the defects. In March 2003 we were certified by the ISO (International Standard Organization) 9001. Our facilities are also recognized as Clean Environment by the department of Labor.
